Our first rate support staff
will keep you up and running no matter what the problem. Support can
be obtained by purchasing a yearly support contract or by paying on a
per incident basis.
Our regular support hours
are from 7:30am to 5:00pm PST, Monday thru Friday. On-call support
outside these hours can be arranged on an as needed basis. New users
are entitled to 90 days of free technical support from the time of
program installation. Subsequent to the first 90 days a yearly support
contract is required. Support contracts are priced at 15% of the system
price.
